The location is marvellous, right next to Virgen Milagrosa Church. the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. - the room is spacious and has a comfortable king-size bed. - the staff are friendly and welcoming.

My favorite property in Lima. Central location, relatively close to a landscaped park. Excellent food at the beach restaurant.

I had reasonably priced room with king size bed. The daily service was excellent. Smooth check-in was a bonus. Location: the hotel was really close to many attractions including seaside Lacomar, Kennedy park, restaurants and supermarket, and restaurant, bars, laromar shopping mall. I visited La Cerveteca 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue for a few drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the amenities such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, as well as the in-room safe for our valuables. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of tasty options. One highlight was the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent - it was safe, secure, and within walking distance of restaurants and parks. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. One highlight was the delicious breakfast, which offered a different selection of food each day. I also appreciated the welcome drink, the pisco sour, which was absolutely fantastic. my experience at this hotel was positive and I would highly recommend it.

Located in a bustling area with many shops and restaurants, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a good variety of amenities such as comfortable beds, hot showers, and heating/AC units. the breakfast buffet, with an emphasis on Peruvian specialties, is complemented by friendly and accommodating staff. Guests can take advantage of the convenient location to visit notable spots of the city, including a notable mall and scenic seafront area.

Some staff members may struggle to understand and speak English, which can make communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers.

The Thanksgiving package included two complementary drinks, which were nice. The location was close to the shopping mall and had a nice city view, which was a plus. The beds were comfortable, which made sleeping through the night easy.

The check-out process took way too long, and the staff wasn't helpful. The bathroom's glass door was inconvenient and didn't help because it lit up the entire room at night.

Great staff; they retrieved our camera. We were on a tour and left a camera at the hotel. The staff found it and returned it to us. They even helped us get it back to our tour company. I recommend this hotel for their excellent service and honesty.

Additionally, the hotel offers a pick-up service from the airport, ensuring a convenient and comfortable arrival.

One negative aspect is that some rooms may have small size and limited views, looking directly into the building next door.
